Have many comments, but as all involve major spoilage of the movie, I&#8217;ll wait until tomorrow to compose my thoughts.  Not,  of course, that the plot can be spoiled when nearly everyone has already read the book.  Multiple times. Right? <\/p>\n<p>To E, re: Sirius.  I thought about the casting suggestion a bit more, and I figured out what I didn&#8217;t like about it.  Sirius is not Mr. Darcy, nor does he share many qualities with Mr Darcy, except, perhaps, arrogance.  But the way it manifests for the both of them is different.  Even without knowing a lot about how he was pre-Azkaban, it seems almost certain that he was more affable and generally liked than Darcy ever was pre-Elizabeth.  So&#8230; no, I can&#8217;t see it working.  Not that Colin Firth as an actor probably couldn&#8217;t stretch himself, I just don&#8217;t think \/I\/ can see him out of the Darcy role any time soon.
