This works out very well for us: I write the list, away from the store and all its beckoning products, and he sticks to the list, getting us exactly what was asked for and little else.  The budget is happy.<\/p>\n<p>I hate that&#8230;<br \/>Someone is always leaving the shower head aimed directly out the shower door, so when I go to step into the bath I get water shooting at my face.<\/p>\n<p>I love that&#8230;<br \/>The downstairs of our house is starting to look how I&#8217;d like it to look.<\/p>\n<p>I hate that&#8230;<br \/>It can&#8217;t move much further forward without significant outlay of money which we don&#8217;t have.  The kitchen counters need replacing, that awful wood panelling (tho painted to be less awful) needs to be removed, etc etc.<\/p>\n<p>I hate that&#8230;<br \/>I have so many many projects that I should be doing, yet I never seem to make progress on any of them.  It&#8217;s not like I don&#8217;t have time either. In fact, all I have right now is time, given the jobless state.
