Absolutely appalling.<\/p>\n<p>I wish I could say I was surprised by the quality of Dubya&#8217;s appointees, but I think we&#8217;ve all seen enough of them to be singularly unsurprised when one of them turns out to be exactly the opposite of the person who should be holding the position they were given.
