Blogger was really slow yesterday and I was tired, so not much of a post.<\/p>\n

I’m still tired today, but we present the second installment of “Jessica and Beth”.<\/p>\n\n\n
“Why not” answered the policeman who was looking at Jessica. He thought that she was going to give a temper tantrum. So did everyone else except Beth.<\/p>\n

Suddenly Jessica yelled at the policeman. “For your information I think they did. They looked awful suspicious from my point of view. And see here Mr. Old Timer I am NOT a little, tiny girl I’m 11 and my birthday is in September!”<\/p>\n

She turned around and walked calmly away. Beth ran after her. The policeman just stood there looking like a stick and saying “Well, Well, Wha, Well, Oh My.” Then he fainted.<\/p>\n

Meanwhile, Jessica still thought that the men that tidy had seen had something to do with the person’s death. “There must be a connection” she thought still puzzled. “Do you think that the policeman looked like one of the men we raw sneaking off?” she asked Beth when
she had caught up.<\/p>\n

“I didn’t look. Why? Do you think he was involved?” answered Beth.<\/p>\n

“Oh, yea yea” said Jessica only half paying attention.<\/p>\n

“What are you doing?” asked Beth.<\/p>\n

“Thinking. Don’t bother me.”<\/p>\n

“Why.”<\/p>\n

“Because I’m trying to remember that policeman’s name.”<\/p>\n

“So.”<\/p>\n

“Oh yea. Now I remember it was Sravasad. Mr. Sravasad what a name” said Jessica ignoring Beth.<\/p>\n

“So what” said Beth impatiently.<\/p>\n

“Can’t you think of anything? We’ll just call right down to the Police Station and ask if they really do have an officer Sravasad.”<\/p>\n

“Oh,” answered Beth still thinking it over, “but do you think they’ll tell us?”<\/p>\n

“No, not if they know who we are. All we have to do is disguise our voices.”<\/p>\n

“Good idea Jess. Do you think it will work?” <\/p>\n

“I don’t know. I haven’t tried it yet.”<\/p>\n

Later that night, Jessica called Beth on the phone.<\/p>\n

“What did you find out Jessy?” asked Beth almost at once.<\/p>\n

“Merely that there is no real officer Sravasad.”<\/p>\n

“Gee, then he was an imposter.”<\/p>\n

“Yep! Which makes it even more likely that he had something go do with it,” said Jessica triumphantly, “and I have a plan to find out!”
“MmmmHmmm” said Beth “what is it?”<\/p>\n

“First we…..Shoot….Okay mom. I gotta go, Beth mom’s calling me I’ll tell you the plan tomorrow. Bye!” Click on both ends of the phone line. <\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/table>\n

And next, the conclusion!<\/p>\n

They remind me a lot of some other characters I know. Also, my name making-up skill is much improved in the past 20 years. Sravasad? I have no idea where that came from.<\/p>\n
