(Why? Because the dealership where we bought the car will give a free inspection every year.)<\/p>\n<p>While I was there, I got a look at J2&#8217;s &#8220;Suggested Summer Reading List&#8221;.  It did much to confirm my opinion of the school as completely lacking in any intelligence.<\/p>\n<p><i>A dramatisation of my thoughts as I looked at the thing<\/i><\/p>\n<p>Paper&gt; Pride and Prejudice: Austin<br \/>K&gt; So they misspelled Austen.<br \/>Paper&gt; Emma: Austin<br \/>K&gt; &#8230;twice.<br \/>Paper&gt; Tess of the D&#8217;Urbeervilles<br \/>K&gt; and D&#8217;Urbervilles&#8230;<br \/>Paper&gt; dumas<br \/>K&gt; and did not capitalize Dumas&#8230;<br \/>Paper&gt; X-Day<br \/>K&gt; And included&#8230; wait, no, that can&#8217;t be.<br \/>Paper&gt; <a href=\"http:\/\/www.amazon.com\/exec\/obidos\/tg\/detail\/-\/159182379X\/\">X-Day: Mizushiro<\/a><br \/>K&#038;gt: Holy crap.<\/p>\n<div style=\"clear:both; padding-bottom: 0.25em;\"><\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>I went to get the car inspected today, and afterwards paid a visit to mom&#8217;s house, since I was over there anyway.
