Everyone was milling around, because, obviously, no one could do any work.  At first I thought that everything had been stolen, but eventually I came to realize that they had not been stolen &#8212; they had all been put into the basement as a prank.  There was a strange old man who had done it, and he had keys to the building, but he wasn&#8217;t supposed to have them.<\/p>\n<p>Applied for the consolidated smartloan from Sallie Mae. Hopefully this will reduce my payments a bunch so I can keep paying after I go back to school.  I&#8217;m starting to get kind of nervous about going back &#8212; it&#8217;s been such a long time since I had to deal with homework on a regular basis, and I was very bad about doing homework for Japanese class this past year.  Am I going to go insane adjusting to the schedule again?<\/p>\n<p>Other comments:<\/p>\n<p>braincell is NOT a verb.<br \/><a href=\"http:\/\/www.dictionary.com\/search?q=idly\">idly<\/a>: adv.  2. Lacking substance, value, or basis<\/p>\n<p>I don&#8217;t know what it says about someone to continually preface their own comments with this word.  Is it false modesty? Is it a true expression of their feelings of utter worthlessness?  It&#8217;s definitely an excessive example of &#8220;girl-speak&#8221;.
